Plenty of power

Clean flawless energy, extremely reliable and reasonably good on fuel, i have the WGen12000df, and it powers a 3000 sqft home with a deep well, and has plenty of left.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Starting Problems

I bought it a year ago, I only used it 4 times for around 30 to 40 minutes, 5 months ago the battery was completely discharged, 2 days ago it happened again, I charged the battery but the motor tries to start and stops, I can't make it start, I've already checked everything, oil, battery, gasoline, connections, everything the manual advised me to do. I'm going to try technical support through the Westinghouse website, because it's impossible to reach anyone by phone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

battery was dead on first use and would not take a charge
the 240V plug on generator came undone and I couldn't plug into it
generator vibrated and bolts were falling out of generator

positive is its clean power to run some electronics that I couldn't on other generators

Great as a backup generator for a big house

This generator was purchased to feed the geothermal heating system of the house with a 5 Ton compressor during power outages in the Northeast winter. During testing, the inrush current was too high, so a soft start device was installed. Now the generator works like a charm with no hiccups when the compressor kicks in. Starts on either fuel from the first crank. Has enough power to supply the essential load of the house through the 50A cable with interlock.

We purchased this a few weeks ago and love the output! Starts right up and having the fuel fuel is great. Easy to toggle between both fuel sources as well
