When I placed my order it said it would take 7 days to get, but I got mine in 3 days. It arrived without damage and all parts (wheels etc.} were included. Put the wheels on and connected the battery, added gas and oil and it started and ran without a glitch.

Took my time to research various generators. Decided to go with this one. Company took the time to include everything you will need to get started and also to maintain this equipment for years to come. Although we have not had to use it yet, I feel confident that should the need arise, I am more than prepared!!!

Came with just a small dent on the external frame, nothing to complain about. The small funnel was a bit awkward for putting the oil in but can't complain about free stuff. Quick and easy to put together and started like a champ.
