I have a 600 acre ranch. I'm always cutting cedar & repairing fencing. Generator works great with electric chain saw and is big enough to run an air compressor for my T Post pounder. Sure saves a lot of energy for this 79 year old man.

Very quiet compare to my first, which was a 5500 watt different brand. Electric start is great and started right up first try. Like the handle position seems to be very balanced, not heavy to move at all.

Just got the wGen out of the box. I live in South Florida and need it to meet the upcoming hurricane season. It arrived on time. I took it out of the box, instructions were super easy to follow. The wheels and mounting feet were on in minutes. I connected the battery cables and then put the oil in (funnel came with the it) so it was ready to go. I put in unleaded gas, flipped the fuel to ON, the choke to ON and waited for some fuel to load into the carburetor. I pushed the START button and it kick once and then started right up. I have an allpower 3500 that my new machine is replacing and the wGen is running quieter. It is easy to move around with the wheel and handle configuration so I am very satisfied with it. The finish is really nicely designed and the manual that comes with it is easy to read and follow. I highly recommend you go through it, it makes the set up and testing go faster and easier. I am connecting to an outlet outside the house that is wired to an Interlock key so I will be selecting the circuits I need up to 50 amps. I am working with a licensed electrician so that so that the system is ready to deliver when I need it.

Just set this up and ran a test. Small amount of carbon pellets around carbon canister. Called customer service, actual person got on the phone with a very short wait time and informed me that is normal after shipping once in a while. Excellent response and generator is so easy to use and start.

just need to put the wheels and feet on the unit which takes 5 minutes, fill up on gas and let her rip. I have natural gas service w/ no large electric appliances aside from 2 refrigerators so this unit provides more then enough power to get through the frequent philly area nor'easters that routinely take out my power for days on end. I had an electrician install a transfer switch into my main electric box for a few hundred dollars this makes everything very easy and only need to use 1 cord.
