I was a little nervous about purchasing a generator via internet but this company made it so simple and easy; congrats to their e-commerce director. Generator was fairly easy to assemble; getting the battery connected with the wheels on made it a bit challenging but I finally got it. Filled it with oil, put some gas in it; said a little prayer, rechecked the starting instructions and kicked in after about 4 attempts (normal for brand new engine that need to get the gas into it). Runs relatively quiet compared to some of my neighbors. Now I just hope I don't have to use it during Florida's hurricane season! Its an insurance policy!!
