Battery charger NOT included. Customer service is horrible, whether it's via phone, email, or live chat online. Was a "special order return" that apparently never left the store and I got a good deal on it. Easy to read/understand owner's manual. Easy to put together. Three stars instead of five because of lousy customer service.

I believe the Wgen6000 to be the best value in an emergency portable power source, with out breaking the bank account. I would highly recommend this product.

Excellent Generator

Well built works flawlessly. One pull and it started up the first time out of the box. This one was quick to set up. It's a pretty good sized generator, so it's not super quiet. So far I like everything about this generator..!!
