I use this to run basic appliances and sump pump when power goes out. Great thing about this is the maintenance schedule compared to other brands. Much easier to follow instructions are great and the generator is powerful enough to get the job done. The electric start is perfect in case my wife has to use when out of town.

Battery charger NOT included. Customer service is horrible, whether it's via phone, email, or live chat online. Was a "special order return" that apparently never left the store and I got a good deal on it. Easy to read/understand owner's manual. Easy to put together. Three stars instead of five because of lousy customer service.

I bought this to replace my old one. The set up was super easy, it started on 2 pulls & the electric start worked great. I recommend having a trickle charger on the battery 24-7 if you need the electric start. I haven't used it, other than hooking it up to the house and testing for a hour, but I'm sure it will work fine when needed.
