I bought this item a couple weeks ago to back up the house power, just in case of an outage. It started up, no problem. All features are clearly marked, and transportation with wheel system is great. The real test will be if it's needed this winter.

Nice Generator

I bought this generator as a backup to use for power outages during hurricane season. The generator arrived in excellent condition with no damage and all parts needed to put the wheel kit together were included. The included user manual is well written and easy to follow. It seems very complete as it also gives the valve adjustment procedure to be performed once the engine reaches 300 hours/Yearly. The generator is easy to move after installation of the wheel kit which appears sturdy and easily able to handle the weight. Before the initial start, I tried a few pulls with the t-handle. After 3 pulls no start, so I used the electric start and after about 2 seconds the engine started. Unloaded the engine is pretty loud, and seems about on par with some of the other generators I've used. I wasn't able to put the generator under load so I couldn't give my overall impression about the generating capacity which I'll mention in a later review.
