After adding oil and fuel, generator started on first try. Runs very smoothly and is not as loud as I anticipated.

Quality at a reasonable price

Some assembly required on arrival, but very simple and great instructions. Product is heavy before the wheels are added. Overall, well built machine, efficient, quiet, and a reasonable price. Many people will consider the Honda generator as the gold standard and they come with a gold price. This generator has been great for my use and a fraction of the price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Purchased to use in conjunction with a home manual transfer switch, in order to keep sump pump, furnace, and other essentials operational in time of power loss. Amazingly, day of delivery our utility lost a leg of our supply line.

Easy Setting Up and Starting

I bought this generator as a backup to power my home. Unpacking the generator was easy. All I had to do is add the supplied oil using the provided funnel, attach the wheels and footings, and follow the start instructions. It started right up after a few pulls. Due to shipping safety the battery wasn't charged, but can be easily charged with a 12v charger.
I would recommend this to a friend!
