Great Generator

I bought this two days before christmas. We lost power in a storm on christmas eve thru christmas day. I wheeled out the generator it started right up and saved our christmas. Couldn't be happier.

Awesome, no more in the dark!

This area recently experienced a day long power outage, not something I was comfortable with. So I bought the 6000 Watt, whole house for me, so THAT I WILL NEVER BE IN THE DARK OR COLD AGAIN! Easy to set up and use, even for me.

Good design and build quality, bad shipment

The build quality is good, with a solid frame, large and sturdy wheels, immediate start-up on our first use, and as expected operation of all electrical outlets (tested by my Father who is an electrician). While the box that it arrived in was fine, the frame where the main panel is mounted was bent and there were scratches on the side of the unit. I had to use a large c-clamp and to bend it roughly back into place, but the blue paint on the facade is flaked off. I expect it will work well, though it looks rather rough for being a brand new unit.
