Power washer was nicely packaged. Assembled together was good, it was missing bolt but place we bought it helped very quickly, very powerful

A year in and still working great

I bought this to deal with my white house siding building up green moss and algae on its shady side. It has since expanded to deal with my deck, shed, walkways, and cars. It starts well every time. I do the winter maintenance myself as detailed in the manual and have not experienced any issues on firing it up in the spring. This is a powerful machine that works.
