Worked great for 3 months.

In the beginning we were really impressed, however after 3 months no pressure. I will not see how well the warranty is and will update the review. As of now the closest service center is over 50 miles away. I live in the Phoenix area and there is no service center close by. Ridiculous.

I purchased this last may, and it worked well. Fired it up for the first time this summer, and a metal part cracked and sprayed water everywhere.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Looks nice but having a problem

I purchased this June 18,20. It arrived about 2weeks ago. I finally took it out the box today, Sunday July 26,20. And it won't work. The pull cord will not pull to start the machine. Called 800 number. I was told to call back on Monday. Hopefully, I can get some help. I really like the look of it. And Its not too heavy for me to use.

My first pressure washer.

I like this pressure washer for many reasons since it's my first, I was skeptical but I feel better. I think I choose the right one. What I like most, it was easy to put together, out of the box only 15 minutes. I spent an hour reading the instructions to make sure I knew how to operate it. I love that it came with oil, the only thing that could have made this better would have been a small container of pressure washer soap. Easy to start, very powerful. I love it, I love it, I love it!!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

This pressure washer is no joke. I bought an electric Sun Joe pressure washer and returned it because it just couldn't get my driveway and front walk "brand new" clean. This did the trick and then some.

I bought this a year ago and just brought it out to clean off pool ladder. Hooked up the hose, turned it on, just to get sprayed in the face as I pulled the crank. There is a crack in the metal squirting water everywhere. It looks like I am not the first person this happened to. What can we do to fix this? This is definitely not money well spent! Not even used 4 times!

Broke on first use

Just started using it, 10 minutes later the brass connector for soap inlet snapped off and sprayed water everywhere. I see dozens of reviews with folks saying this and the main inlet body snap and customer service is playing ignorant. Shame on you Westinghouse. Make this right or I’ll get my $ back.
