OVERALL THIS WASHER OF THE OTHERS I HAVE USED IS BUILT TO LAST. WOULD HAVE RECEIVED 5 STARS EXCEPT AFTER UNPACKING FOUND NO TIPS. WAS LUCKY TO HAVE OLD TIP THAT FIT SO I WAS ABLE TO AT LEAST TEST UNIT AND IT PASSED WITH GREAT RESULTS. NOW I JUST HAVE TO WAIT AND SEE IF MISSING TIPS WILL BE SENT.

Poor Design Feature

Machine worked great for the first 30 minutes. Then i noticed the pressure hose was resting against the engine muffler, which cause the pressure hose to melt to the degree that the hose was ruined. The instructions don't caution users to be aware of this when hooking up the hose to the water inlet. The hose should be threaded away from the engine, but it's a tough stretch to do that because of the proximity of the support structure.

Easy assembly and use. The directions were very good. The only issue is the "After Each Use" bullet #9 refers to a "recoil handle". I couldn't find anything labeled that in any drawing. A neighbor loaned me a Surface Washer Attachment that helps immensely when using the pressure washer on sidewalks and driveways!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Tried the 2700 out today for the first time. Easy start , easy to maneuver, great pressure and nice performance . Can't beat this machine for the money! Cleaned 45 panels of wooden fence and no problem, just great results.
The ONLY issue (as others have noted) is placement of muffler. Too close to spray hose and too easy to touch. In the scope of things , not a big deal. Easy fix with a zip tie.
