Looks nice but having a problem

I purchased this June 18,20. It arrived about 2weeks ago. I finally took it out the box today, Sunday July 26,20. And it won't work. The pull cord will not pull to start the machine. Called 800 number. I was told to call back on Monday. Hopefully, I can get some help. I really like the look of it. And Its not too heavy for me to use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Outstanding pressure washer

Bought this and have used the last two days. Very easy to assemble. Wheels were already on. Took less than 15 minutes, including adding oil and gas. Started with a half pull first time. Runs smooth and easy to move around. Did my house, both vehicles, two trailers and my aluminum boat. Love it. Thanks

Excellent value

This machine replaced a similar PW. It has plenty of cleaning power, an easy hose connect, large wheels make it easy to move, spray wand has a comfortable grip, starts right up. Blasted all my outdoor furniture so clean it looks like new.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this in April 2020, Runs great ! Now I don't have to hire anyone to pressure wash, I can do it on my own !

THIS IS MY FIRST POWER WASHER. IT WAS EASY TO PUT TOGETHER AND WAS SIMPLE TO USE. VERY GOOD PRODUCT SO FAR. WORKED ON THE DRIVEWAY WITH NO PROBLEMS.

I bought this for home use (house siding, deck and sidewalks) and it certainly seems up for the task. Only used it a couple of days so far but it seems well built and does the job. Starts very easily as well.
