The purchase was delivered and found to have a cracked handle. Could not get a hold of anyone due to "hurricane" season. Had to fill out warranty info to get something done. It has been a month of trying so we will see.

Service is awesome! Just received my Power Washer, shipping damage on wheels and power wand fell not in carton. I called service and spoke with Jayna, wow, great response and parts on the way. If this doesn't work, Westinghouse will send me a replacement Power Washer. Jayna, thank you so much for the service you provided.

Easy to assemble

I was surprised by how easy this pressure washer was to assemble, and once I tried it out, I found it to be as powerful as higher PSI model I previously used. I can't speak to the durability since I just started using it (thus the 4-star rating), but so far I would definitely recommend!
