I bought this product last week and it has been great! I have washed a deck for restaining and also washed the sides of my house with no problems. I have not had any issues starting the motor and the directions were solid. I would definitely buy again.

Will not start

Father's day present, opened box yesterday followed instructions, will not start. Reached out to help line, advised tech's are not available on weekends. Hoping issue resolved quickly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am very happy with the power of the stream generated by this power washer. That was the most important thing for me and the reason I wanted a gas engine over the less powerful electric modesl.
