Perfect, Until it Wasn’t

It worked just like it was supposed to, unfortunately the pull starter broke after a couple of uses. It’s under warranty so we received a replacement part, without hassle, but we’re told that repair shops are a 5 to 8 week wait.

Bought this unit for use around the home and farm. Great unit and reasonably priced. I work all my equipment hard and so far this has been a very reliable and useful product.

Replaced an electric power washer with this model. Has a lot more power and made cleaning house siding and sidewalks so much faster/easier.

Purchased a couple of weeks ago after doing a good amount of looking at and researching power washers. So far it has been amazing. My only hesitancy was that Westinghouse isn't well known for their power washers, but after the first time I used it I realized that it was just as good as some of the more expensive, better known brands. I've only used it 3x, but each time was over 3 hours of continual use. Starts right up and works hard! Assembly was pretty easy as well. My only issue was fitting a screw into a tight spot (I have large hands). Definitely recommend.

This pressure washer was purchased to clean various areas around our house. It has not let me down. Sidewalks and window sills look fabulous! I was easy to assemble and get washing. The nozzle selection and ease of interchanging them was great!

It won’t start on day 1

Directions don’t tell you what size tools are needed for assembly. Something is missing so it won’t take up fuel out of the tank. My son is a small engine mechanic and couldn’t get it to start. The schematic drawings are too small to identify what part I need. Weekends are when I have time to use it, but customer service is closed until Monday. Answering service tried to help- that is a positive. Want to come back and change the # of stars once it is working.
