I am so happy with this product it is well constructed and easy to use, It also has everything needed to install and the Three year warranty is excellent.

Runs great!

After unboxing it I did the simple assembly (attaching the wheels and feet), topped up the oil (be careful not to overfill it, the bottle that comes with it has more oil than needed), then hooked the trickle charger for the gel cell battery and let it charge overnight. The next day I hooked up a propane cylinder and followed the instructions to start it. It started right up and ran smoothly. Power was available at the 110VAC recepticals on the panel.
The documentation that came with the unit is complete and accurate. Read it carefully and you will have no problems with operation of the unit.

Strong Generator

This is a strong unit, it has all the power one will need. It runs smooth and quite for an air cooled engine. And just for the heck of it, I plugged up my Telsa and it charged at 8Kw/h, the same as the NEMA 14-50 wall outlet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great for my father

My sisters and I bought this as a Christmas gift for my father to make sure he has power and water through the winter. So far he is very pleased with the ease to set up and the power. It should run most everything he uses.

Power Fluctuates

worked great first time around. had two days of local power outage. The UPS's had a fit. all within specs +/-3 hz. They were bouncing all around. Had to unplug them. Even bought new, PFC/AVR, it didnt like the incoming power. I will be calling support. Watch out for your high amp current draw on start up, AC unit, this impacts other circuits that have sensitive electronics on them. Old UPS's may not like the input and 'think' they are on battery.

Great product

The product is made professionally, very easy to assemble, the instructions are very clear, and the operation is simple. I tested on LPG, although I intend to use natural gas. However, having the possibility of using other fuels. For me, this is the best option I could find. I am very happy with this purchase, especially after the last storm we had here.
