I am pleasantly surprised with size and look of Wgen9500 TFC. It looks very good quality and nice design. The generator was purchased at Electric Generator Direct and arrived in just 3 days, shipped in a cardboard box secured on a wooden pallet. All the accessories were in the box, just as in the advertisement for this model. Putting the wheels and pegs was easy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great functionality with multiple options!

I purchased about a month ago because of the multiple fuel (gas, propane, natural gas), outlets (20, 30, 50 amps) and start options (pull cord, switch, key fob). Easy assembly and started right up. I hope I never need to use it but a great option to have!

I bought this item during Hurricane Beryln. All the electricians I talked suggested this brand. Shipment was very quick and installation was easy. So far I am happy with it. I definitely recommend it. Having a remote starter is a great feature. Thanks

I just unboxed the generator and was very impressed with the design features and overall quality of the unit right out of the box. Very little final assembly required

Exactly what I was expecting and needing

Purchased Pryor to the hurricane arriving in the Houston area. was able to run both refrigerators, several fans, TV, coffee maker, and a tv with zero issues. I know it can handle a lot more but I haven’t had my house set up with the switch yet. Very happy with the purchase.

Saved us in Houston

Got this generator right before we lost power for four days thanks to Hurricane Beryl. The remote start function was amazing, was able to power my 2 ton and 2.5 ton A/C units along with fridge and lights using this and propane as fuel. It is loud.
