Not working

Only have 30hours on Unit and it is randomly shutting off. I have been on hold with support for 30 minutes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy Set-up/Easy Start

Easy straight forward instructions. Only had to put the wheels on and the front stabilizers. I followed the instructions and it started. This generator sounds great.

Great features at a reasonable price

Just received the generator. Solid construction with clearly marked buttons and outlets. Charging the battery and will fire it up this week and provide the update here about the performance.

Unit won’t run

I just got this generator today it ran for about 4 hours after charging a propane tank the unit will not run more than 10 minutes. I’m in Houston with no power!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Generator

Just went through my first power outage and thankfully with the help of this generator we were able to have power the entire day. It ran great and is super easy to assemble and turn on. Would highly recommend this generator to everyone because it did not malfunction once!

We've only been using the generator during the aftermath of Beryl. On day 4, runs our split ac, both fridges, washer, dryer, dishwasher. Transfer switch used. No issues so far.
