I just purchased and set up this generator. Although I haven't yet had a chance to use it during a power outage, I'm confident that it will be able to handle the devices I need it to power. It was incredibly easy to set up and test. The manual was also very clear and easy to follow (they even include a "maintenance cheat sheet" so you don't need to dig through the manual to see what maintenance needs to be done on it). For the first time in my life, I'm excited for the next power outage so I can try this thing out!

I purchased this as a backup for power outages and so far it performs as expected. Easy setup, easy starting and runs most everything I need it to except the large ac unit.

I bought this a month ago. So far I have not been able to get the generator to start. Still working with product support. So far, I have an expensive paperweight.

Great Features!

I bought this in February as a whole home backup option for our main home. I really like the tri-fuel capability of this generator. I have set it up to run off of natural gas as long as it is available, I extra propane cylinders if Natural Gas is unavailable, as well as extra gasoline cans with that option as well. Sure, gives you a piece of mind to have a long-term option and the flexibility.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just got it broken in.

I bought this a couple weeks ago and just got it broken in, then hooked up to the house and ran all appliances. I'm using natural gas to run generator and will only use propane as a backup or need more power, I'll never use gas as it will gum up the carburetor eventually. I have natural gas for heat, stove, water heater and dryer, tried heater and ran great. It was barely running at half load with everything running.
I'll update when I actually have to use it for an emergency.
