I purchased this generator to replace a smaller 5500 unit I had to run the essentials of the house in case of power outages. I needed something that could handle a bit more load with an extra fridge and deep freeze as well as my home office setup. I was pleasantly surprised to find this model with all the features you could want on a portable generator at as low of a price as it was. Not only that, but it is one of only a handful that can support 3 fuel types. My home has a natural gas connection outside for a grill already so hooking this unit up was not only simple, but could save me from refueling trips to the gas station in the event of a prolonged power outage. It also comes with all the accessories for a propane tank so if I have a spare one laying around I could even use that! I will be looking forward to several years of use from this product!

I bought this a couple weeks ago because we consistently lose power about once or twice a year. This one has the additional capacity to use natural gas, which is a neat option and it comes with all the necessary hoses. Assembly was a good father son project for me, and my nine-year-old. It fired right up for the break-in period. Now I’m just waiting to need to use it

Bought this to be able to run our house as well as 41’ 5th wheel. Luckily we haven’t needed to use it for the house but have used it for camper. Love the remote start option and ability to run both heat pumps in camper. Only used gas but the ability to run propane or natural gas is amazing.

Extra For Pole Barn

I now have bought two of these generators. Have one for the house and for my pole barn.Really like that most of what you need is in the box.The propane connection and natural gas connection are included! To test them I used the 20lb propane tank and they start with ease. Also battery tender is also included as is the Oil and funnel! This is really a very nice package. Thx Westinghouse.

Generator is just as described on Sam’s website. Love the TRI-fuel option and comes with all necessary connections for all fuel options. I also really like the remote start, this allows a lot of flexibility when using the generator.
