Did not work but replaced

I liked the overall features. Two issues: first, the delivery team damaged my home during delivery and it is difficult to contact the right team at Pilot to resolve this. Second, I had to have the item replaced
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dual fuel electric start generator

Haven’t had to use it to power up yet but have started it with both fuel and propane

Simple to use, great features!

I just bought this and it was so simple to set up. Screw on legs, wheels, add oil (provided) and fill up the gas tank. Started like a charm.

Just bought it was delivered on time like they said no problem getting it out of the crate and getting it up to running work the first time definitely recommend it
