Great Features

Bought this unit based on customer reviews, current needs, two source fuel and that it is the only one that had an automatic transfer switch. Weather I use the switch or not I like having the availability of it.

Had the features I wanted-dual fuel&electric start

My unit had problems with the starting switch when it was delivered. After a couple of attempts with different switches at the warranty center, they could not resolve the problem. They replaced the entire unit without any cost. It was time consuming to go thru the proccess, but I am satisified with the effort and results that Westinghouse put forth. I now have a backup generator that is meeting my needs.

EASY TO START

Received today and it was easy to set up, had it up and running in about 30 minutes. It is a bit loud so I wish the cable had been longer, but everything else is great. Def would recommend for anyone wanting to prep for another snovid.
