Perfect for whole house back-up power

Arrived on time and in perfect condition. Easy, minor assembly and no surprises. Strait forward removal of neutral ground bond wire for powering main breaker panel.
Easy earth ground rod attachment. Started 1st try with remote or panel button. Worked on gasoline and propane. Excellent features.

Waiting to use

I bought hoping I won't need but be prepared. Put together quickly, run right after I found the gas shut off valve.... Have only breakin hrs. on it. Winter is Nearing..

“You can be sure if it’s Westinghouse” - Wait one!

Received the Westinghouse 9500DF generator with a bent frame. The wheel was difficult to attach to the frame and rubbing against the battery so it’s useless to push or pull without damaging the battery. The propane regulator also appears bent due to fram damage. I contacted Amazon who put me on with customer service. They did not hesitate to sending me a replacement. Perhaps the replacement will be undamaged and in working condition so I can update my review?

Great Unit with great features

Just out of the box I knew i bought the right generator. Easy instructions to set up. Can't wait for my first power outage. The remote start works great. Even got the generator to start using Alexa.
