Horrible never starts

We received the WGen9500DFc generator and it was easy to assemble and set up for first time use. The unit is easy to understand and the operation of the unit is smooth and simple.

Exactly what I needed

Bought this in preparation for winter storms. It was packaged well and had no damage. Added fuel and engine oil and pushed start. Fired right up no issues and I cant wait to use it. Will update review after a few uses.

I was impressed with the robust construction and the features Westinghouse has engineered into this unit. I followed the first time instructions for start up which resulted in the unit firing up the very first time!
