I just purchased this product and I have not had a chance to use it yet, but it arrived on time, in good condition, and has great manuals and product information. The quality of the product seems really nice and I am excited to use it.

Arrived with damaged packaging and dents.

Arrived with damaged packaging and dents to control panel and generator cover on end. Removed cover inspected for damage to wires and repaired cover
Added oil and fresh gas to generator. Opened gas valve, several attempts to start were unsuccessful. Started up after a shot of starting fluid and ran without any problems for 1 hour. Shut down and changed oil for rest of break in period. Packaging could be much better, will update after rest of break in and if I receive the generator cover as advertised in the paper work included with product for doing this review.

Remote Dual Fuel Generator

I bought this generator to run woodworking equipment where there is no electricity. It was easy to set up and start. Seems to be about as loud as described but is in a protected area outside the shop. I like having a remote. Saves steps.

Wheel location and size interfere 50A outlet.

I bought this a month ago for its dual fuel use and for its 50A capacity, to use for my home during power outages.
It ran well on first start. Manual and directions are good.

Yet I am very disappointed. I got my 4-prong 50A cord today and it is impossible to plug it into the receptacle. A standard, thick, low gauge 50A line will not bend sufficiently near the receptacle to fit into it simply because the wheel size and location do not provide enough room. This is a design flaw on the generator. All 50A cords are of the same gauge. Smaller wheels will not solve it either, because then the generator frame will be tilted. I am very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
