Fired right up on propane and worked like a champ. Love the fact it comes with a battery tender and the remote start is a great feature. Easy to assemble. Would recommend.

Awful packaging

I received the 9500DF yesterday badly damaged, no owners manual/quick start guide. The packaging cardboard was underweight and there was NO molded styrofoam to protect vital generator components. The box was barely hanging on to the generator with one strap; not attached to a pallet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Our power was out for 9 days. Never again. This unit has everything I wanted. Easy to setup, run, and take care of. Just check out all of the features on it. I did my research, and for the price, his generator satisfied all my needs.
