Love, love this generator. Easy assembly and simple instructions for first start up. Started right up, first time, no problem. Love the remote. Powerful machine.

Awesome power house!

It is surprisingly quieter than my Generac 5500. Remote start is a great feature. Has enough power to meat all my needs, now I can run my central air unit when the powers goes out and hotter than blazes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

When I received the unit, the shipping box was pretty beat up and when unpackaged found oil residue on battery and frame. Stained inside of box. Called customer support and left multiple messages (for a week), and never got a return call. Hope this is not an indication of what type of support to expect for future issues. Was able to add oil and start up first try on propane. Runs smooth and steady at 240 volts.

Easy setup!

I bought this generator recently to run my whole house. It was a 5 hour break in period which went smoothly, and since I used propane I didn’t have to run any gas out. It’s all setup and ready to go whenever hurricane season hits!
