Good product, poor service

Only had it a couple weeks and all I have done was powered the house with it for an hour as a test. Difficult to get through to support. I have a couple simple questions that have still gone unanswered after many back and forth communications. Specifically operation on propane at high altitudes, and recommended break in procedure. Never got an answer to either question. I marked that I would not recommend this product based on the poor support. Is support from competing companies any better? Unfortunately I have no way of knowing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had many different brands of generators in the past, but was very impressed at all the features, and options this unit has. I love the remote key fob start, the battery switch and it runs for a longer time on a tank of gas or propane than those I have had in the past. Great generator and the price is right.

I have only had this 9500W generator for a short time but the layout of the controls made it easy and quick to be able to operate. All components needed to run on either gasoline or propane are included. There is even a pull start option if the battery does go dead over time. There is also a battery charger/maintainer included. There are also many options when it comes to connecting to the generator's outlets. For the money I believe that it is one of the best options for backup power.

I bought this a couple months ago, and I have been impressed so far with how well it seems to be made. Once I finally figured out all the switches to turn on and to connect the battery, it cranked up with a charm. I was also able to convert it over to natural gas by buying another regulator. Happy so far with the purchase.

Just unboxed my WGen9500DF generator and am so pleased with how well built the unit is. It was very easy to install the wheels and once everything was connected it started right up. My only wish and the reason I didn't give it five stars its that I wish it was a smart generator with an app for controlling it.
