Great product

I have only used it to try it out and it works great. It runs my whole house even my AC. The only thing it won’t run is my heating system. I have a gas stove and water heater and a wall gas heater. Hope I never have an emergency and have to use it, but now I’m ready.

After reading the reviews, I purchased the Generator Wgen9500DF with a watchful eye on delivery that I was getting the right Model and no damage to shipping box. Everything was a go when the guys pulled from truck. We unpacked the unit, read through the instructions and had the Generator running in just under 30 minutes. In another 30 minutes we ran test on house hookup, two thumbs ups. Haven't had a need for supplemental power yet, but the unit is in place and ready to go when we do.

Excellent user manual

Set up and operation was very easy using the user manual - very well written. Very impressed with the features, the remote even had the battery installed and it started on the very first try.

Love the dual fuel option

Simply easy set up and started right up with propane and then when I switched to gasoline. Expect to use propane when needed but will have gasoline as backup. Much more powerful than my old generator but not as loud. Glad I made the purchase.
