I just bought this unit after struggling for a few years with an older gas only unit. Arrived nicely packaged on a pallet. It was easy to assemble and prep for startup. I plan to run primarily with propane, and this was an easy setup process too. Ran the unit for a few hours with varying loads to break it in and it is now ready to run through my transfer switch. Couldn't be happier with this investment.

I bought this for a backup power supply, during power outages. I’m a senior citizen on oxygen, and can’t afford for my oxygen machine to be inoperable during a power outage. This portable generator is literally a life saver. I love that it comes with a remote starter and the option of using propane, as well as gasoline. The generator has enough power to run my whole condo. I am very pleased

Won't start out of the box

Assembled as per directions added gas and it won't start.. turns over with electric and with the pull cord but doesn't fire..
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Generator. Started up right out the box

So far, very pleased with my purchase. I got want I wanted. Getting older and I don’t like pulling a rope anymore. Battery was already charged and push button start is great. I know what I was missing pulling that cord. Generator is set for the house and my camper 50 0r 30 amps, plugged right into transfer box, gasoline or propane. 3 year warranty. the remote works from inside the house to turn on generator in the shed. CO sensor worked like it should during test. Very happy with my WGen9500DF and its features. It heavy but it is surrounded by a cage with wheels and handle. Easy to move and I have a bad back.

Plenty of power!

Dual Fuel is a great option and the 240V power supplied by this generator will keep our pool pump and freezers working all year, even when the power grid fails during the winter! The remote start is handy. The 50 Amp plug has been moved to the left and does not interfere with the wheel. Nice improvement over previous models.

I needed a back up generator and wanted both fuel sources. This unit does it all. So glad i got it. Moved it up to first unit. Now old one is the back up Definitely recommend this unit
