Easy start and the remote is a great feature.

Great when it worked, having a problem currently

Worked fine when it was first installed, tried to run it for the season (didnt lose power fortunately so didnt have to use it) and it won't start either via battery starter or manual start. In the midst of a service call currently.

Home Power safety

I bought a WGen9500DF in January and it worked Great and ran whole house in case of outage. Ordered another WGen9500DF for farm to have power for well in storms. Very Happy with both generators.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I haven't used this yet but it had 2 washers missing & propane hose. Will you please send me these items please. I wouldn't recommend because of missing items

Well built generator

I looked at a lot of generators on line, and the WGen9500DF stood out above all the rest. Order it and was delivered sooner that expected. After assembling the wheels and legs. Put the qt of oil in that came with the generator plug the battery up. Hooked the LP bottle up and the generator fired right up with no problem. This is a nice built generator. O and it has a fob to start and stop the generator remotely. Very pleased with the price also.
I would recommend this to a friend!
