Did my research, found that this was the best choice between cost, quality, and features. When it arrived, it did not disappoint. It just feels...solid. Great documentation, easy to follow directions, and lots of good information. This is my go-to generator and will definitely look to this model line for any future generator needs.

Bought this generator after searching and comparing for months after out last major power outage. The WGen9500DF has more than enough watts to run necessary breakers on my house, including the A/C and pool pumps! Remote start was not looked at initially but I love the feature. The generator is built strong and doesn't have plastic parts other than the wheels, which would be my only negative input on this generator. Will the wheels last, most likely, but id like to see better wheels if I could change anything. Overall, I am really pleased with the generator!

IT HAS EVERYTHING THAT I NEED

I ONLY HAVE THIS UNIT FOR LESS THAN A MONTH. I DID START IT IT, STARTED RIGHT UP I USED THE REMOTE CONTROL, IT WORKS GREAT.
I WILL BE UPDATING THIS REVEIW ONCE THE GENERATOR IS USED DURING A POWER FAILURE. SO FAR IT MEETS ALL MY EXPECTATIONS.

Product arrived sooner than anticipated. I bought this “just in case”. It has enough power to operate the well pump and majority items in the house. No more yanking on a cord to start. The remote start and the electric start make it so easy for women to operate…. The dual fuel is a great option.

U just bought this to use for house backup in case of power outrage. Very simple to setup and seems easy to use. As I have not ran yet I cannot tell much more at this time
