Great Generator

Setup was easy and the generator started right up. I bought this as a backup for my house when the power goes out, and tested it out on both gas and propane with no issues.

No longer worried about power outage

It is large enough to run my home during power outages. It is reasonably quiet for the size. No more hand cranking like my old generator. The remote start feature will be handy and the included charger will keep the battery ready for the next use.

Great Purchase!!

Purchased this in January 2024. Set up was easy with easy to follow instructions. Well constructed and panel is easy to navigate. We've already had to run it twice when we lost power. Powered everything we needed with no issues. This generator is a reliable insurance policy for living in rural areas that lose power frequently.

Great Features, easy startup, no complaints.

Picked up the 9500 and breaking it in as we speak. A couple wires were disconnected and our remote start wasn’t working. The manual didn’t mention that these wires were not plugged in to each other and after diagnosing the issue, she started right up! So, if you are having issues starting your brand new generator, follow the wires from the battery to make sure they are plugged in! Great quality machine so far! We hope to get many years out of it!

Super Simple

My wife and I decided it was time to purchase a generator because of the frequent power outages after storms in Northern California. It is becoming common to lose power for 2-5 days after each storm event. This was starting to become a real hassle and headache, not to mention the loss of food in the refrigerators and freezers. With this generator, we should be able to run most of the appliances, lights, and furnace until the power is restored.
The generator came almost ready to power up. All I needed to do was install the wheels and the front mounting feet. All super easy and the tools were included. Next, I need to add the oil, which was also included, then I connected the battery terminals and fired her up. The electric start made it super simple to start, and my wife really appreciated not having to pull the starting cord. We ran it on propane during the start up period, which we did for five hours, because we didn't want it sitting for extended periods of time with gasoline in the tank. We also changed the oil twice during the start up period just to make sure we kept the oil clean during this period.
Hopefully we will never need to use it, but it feels great knowing that we have a backup power source in case of emergencies. That piece of mind is worth the cost of the generator!

Poweful Well Built Generator

Well built Generator easy to assemble it can power my whole house I live in Florida where hurricanes can knock your power out for days. I have 4 generators and this one will be my go to. Electric start and remote start, you can be inside the house and start the generator without going outside in the weather ( Love That )
