Super easy to operate. Easy to to move even though it weighs 200+ lbs. Starts immediately runs quiet for a generator this size

Exudes quality

This generators exudes quality from the time you see the box delivered. It weighs well over 200 lbs before fuel and oil, but that weight reflects the quality construction and accessories. It’s well-designed and includes everything you need including a quart of 10W-30 engine oil (which was a pleasant surprise!), a funnel, remote start key fob, LPG hose. This thing is incredibly compact and rugged. I was worried the wheels and feet would be too cheap to support the item’s weight, but I was relieved to see the included screws and components were heavy-duty construction. I’ve never owned or used a generator before (my son has this model which he likes and recommended I get the same one), but the instructions were clear and easy to follow. All I needed to provide was gas with a bit of fuel stabilizer added. I put in about 5 gallons just to begin, although the tank holds over 6 gallons. Once I followed the set up instructions, it was easy to start. I was happy to see the battery was shipped with a full charge. It started right away and I let it run for about 7 minutes to break it in and let the fuel/stabilizer work its way through. My electrician will be installing a connection to my house within a couple weeks. When he found out what brand/model I bought, he said I made a good choice. I’m very happy with this generator so far. It’s bringing me and my wife a lot of peace of mind!

Powers Whole House

I bought for backup electrical power. Had my house wired up to receive load directly to main service panel. I conducted my first operational test and the generator worked flawlessly. I calculated the load to run in accordance with the break in period in the owners manual.
The generator itself is very aesthetically pleasing. The operating panel is not too busy, very well oriented, and labeled very well. There is no doubt about what button does what.
The owners manual is very well written in plain simple language, anyone, especially engineers [ I am an electrical engineer], can read. Additionally, I appreciate the regular maintenance checklist Westinghouse provided. No need to write one out yourself, Westinghouse did this for you.
I chose the dual fuel generator. Due to where i live the tri fuel didnt make sense for me. Gas and propane is plenty. Even the lower propane running watts is plenty. The two fuels allows me to comfortably have 2 weeks of fuel on hand with my current storage.
Additionally, Westinghouse has your safety in mind. The unit was very well labeled with caution tags. Warnings and cautions are also very easy to see in the owners manual.

Bought this generator for emergency full home power. Received in excellent condition. Assembly was a breeze with easy to read directions. Added oil and fuel. Started and ran smooth on very first attempt. Waiting for my GenerLink install. Can't wait to test it out!

Fantastic Generator

We did a lot of comparison shopping and decided on the Westinghouse generator. It’s a household name and the power of this generator, especially for the price is an unbelievable deal. This generator has a great amount of power for our house, also is a dual fuel, and has lots of great features. The set up is great, has a push button start as well as a remote and is also smart switch ready. Great product for a great price!
