Runs whole house

This generator was wired to my main panel and runs everything in my house except my 5 Ton Heat Pump (not at the same time). I was worried about the 23% THD, but all electronics and my 3 UPS's all work fine on this generator's power. During the first 5 hours, the engine just quit 3 times. I changed out the "Torch" spark plug with an NGK and it hasn't quit on me again. I hope that was the problem.

I bought this generator a few weeks ago for my house but I’ve been using it for work to test it out and it’s awesome. I run it on propane with no issues

Came as advertised. Assembly was easy. Started right up. Haven’t had to use in an emergency yet, but it powers our RV with no problem.

Excellent Quality and Features

Quite frankly I was surprised when I opened the box , here is a unit more powerful than the unit I am replacing and it is considerably more compact and the quality is what I would expect on a unit costing 2-3 times as much. Good job Westinghouse.

I did quite a lot of research and finally settled on the WGen9500DF. It has performed exactly as expected through 2 power outages. I would make this purchase again.

ready for hurricane season

We fortunately have not had the need to use this in an emergency situation yet but when we do we feel this generator is going to do it's job well. It's powerful and easy to use. I love the functionality of being able to hook up to my natural gas line without sacrificing too much output. We feel completely prepared for hurricane season with this generator.

I bought this a month ago because of the many features it has...dual fuel and electric start. Seems sturdy and easy to move around. Hooks up great to our house through the generator panel and powers just what we need!
