Great Generator To Have On Hand

We purchased this generator as a Christmas gift to ourselves. After much research this seemed to be the best one to fit our needs. We made an excellent choice. It is very easy to move around and to start, especially with the handy fob to start unit remotely.

Pull cord difficult and slow to start with propane

I bought this excited about both propane and gas start. Disappointed in both options. Pull cord difficult to pull. The propane option was slow to start.

WGen9500DFC HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The generator is easy to setup and runs like a workhorse it's started r8ght up on the first push start. An electrician ran 8 gage wire from the 50amp right into house main panel.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very Happy

So far, I'm very impressed with my new 9500DFc generator. I just finally got an electrician to complete the wiring into my breaker box. We unpacked the generator, and it fired right up. Run very smooth and powered my entire house. We're so impressed and it gives us the peace of mind.

CO sensor problem

I bought this a couple months ago. It started when it was new however, now two months later, it will not start due to a CO lockout.

Rated as the best bang for the buck

I bought this generator one month ago. set it up as instructed and test ran engine and generator. all was good. Today a tried to start the engine for exercise sake and she would not start. Checked trouble shooting guide as prescribed and everything is as it should be. Starter works excellent but absolutely no fire. Calling Westinghouse today, hopefully they will be unlike other manufacturers and offer a solution.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
