Four stars because I haven't needed to use the generator yet. I bought this for peace of mind that if/when it's needed, we'll have backup for fridge, freezers and basic needs for our home. Solid piece of equipment. Remote start is a nice feature.

Very happy with our new generator. Easy assembly, easy connection. The generator started right up & runs very smoothly. Really glad to have the key fob start option.

When we lived in PA we always had a generator due to unpredictable storms. Since moving to Houston, TX, we knew we needed one with the unpredictable weather, here. After the lastest "El derecho" we have been running it for a few days so far. We've turned it off to follow the maintenance schedule and it's been a beast! We are charging neighbors' devices and I'm even able to do laundry while running the A/C. We are so grateful for this machine!

I bought generator in August of 2021 and it has worked flawlessly until now. My power went out at 3am on Thursday the 16th. I pulled out Mr. Reliable and went to start it and nothing. It would turn over but wouldn't start. I tried some carburetor cleaner. It then started but fell dead immediately. Very disappointed. I've been trying to get it for the past 2 days. I've tried everything and still nothing. I finally through in the towel and put in a ticket with Westinghouse. To be continued.

First time buyer of a generator and I am very happy with my purchase. I thought it would be hard to use but surprisingly it's not. Easy instructions for assembly. Everything you need is included. Also, I love the auto start...there is no need for me to walk outside to turn it on/off. Highly recommended!
