I bought this generator in March 2021 after extensive research. The unit was well packaged and easy to assemble. The unit started with one push of the key fob that had been linked from the factory. I have only started this WGEN9500DF without a load. The unit was much quieter than I anticipated for a generator of this size. I am very pleased with this product. it is full of useful features I highly recommend this product.

The features for the WGEN9500DF and wattage are excellent for this gas and propane generator. Based on extensive research the WGEN9500DF is one of the top 2021 recommendation for a homeowner.

VERY PLEASED WITH THE EASE OF UNPACKING THE BOX AND HOW COMPLETE THE CONTENTS WERE TO BE ABLE TO GET IT RUNNING WITHOUT FINDING WE NEEDED SOMETHING THAT WAS MISSING ! STARTED RIGHT UP AND WAS FAIRLY QUIET TO THE POINT WHERE WE COULD NOT HEAR IT INSIDE THE HOUSE !
