Just got the generator and I think it will do everything I need when we lose power. Have lost power already twice in the last month. Getting ready for hurricane season.

I was impressed with the fit and finish of this generator. It was also easy to get set up, understand and work the control panel, and switch between gas and propane. It worked without issue out of the box. The push button start is a very convenient feature I didn't think I was going to care about. Push it for a couple seconds and the generator will attempt to start on it's own; up to 3 times if I'm correct. It also has pull start to manually crank the engine. I was disappointed to find this model doesn't have an idle down/"economy" mode. Most, if not all other brands of generators in this class have this low idle feature.

I bought two weeks ago and so far pleasantly pleased so far. Customer service was excellent. Arrived in perfect condition in a few days. Very clear start-up instructions. Up and running in less than 30 minutes. Overall fantastic experience.

Generators are so expensive and not knowing if they will work during an emergency for an extended period of time can be stressful. This one is very reliable. This one has easy start and is easy to use. This one is worth your hard earned money.

I bought this not WGEN9500DF April 24, 2021 and now looking forward to our next power failure! The remote start will be a move feature. I am wiring a distribution panel interlock so I can safely back feed the 50 amps. This should provide the power I need for my AC, refrigerator and a couple of lights!
