Haven't used the generator yet. Purchased before hurricane season to replace old worn-out generator. Easy to understand instructions.

I bought this after reviewing many others. The dual fuel is a great option. The best is the switch on & remote. Easy to set up and move.

I looked at all the major brands and this generator had the most bang for the buck. Set up was a breeze and I really like the remote start. The detailed manual covers everything and is an education in power distribution.

Just bought this unit and am very impressed with the sturdiness and built of it. Works great for my needs as well which is the most important. Also love the included remote start and trickle battery charger.

Didn't purchase this WGen9500DF until I watched a number of Youtube videos that showed setup and operation. I saw so many features that didn't come with other generators I was considering so I decided to give it a try and very glad I did.
I removed it from the carton, installed the front stands and wheels, added the included oil and then filled it with gas. That's it! Turned the fuel valve to on, toggled the power switch and then pushed the start button. Surprisingly it started on the first push. I highly recommend.
