Excellent piece of equipment

We have frequent power outages and this fills our need for back-up power. Had the power company install a whole house disconnect unit under the electric meter. This unit plugs into the disconnect unit and then can supply power to any circuit in the house simply by turning breakers on and off as needed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to follow instructions. Started on first attempt. Cool remote start if needed. Easy to switch between fuel types.

I purchased this model wgen9500df April of 2021. I chose this model and brand because of its reputation and other online reviews it did not disappoint! Was able to hook it up to my main house panel using a interlock switch Powers my whole house now! Easy to start with either push button , remote control or pull start great product!
I would recommend this to a friend!

First of all I’m so happy with the size of this generator how small it is and everything is compacted into this powerful machine . easy to assemble great rubber covers for the outlets. the handle couldn’t be any sweeter to have as it collapses making it easy to store away. This was an easy set up and I’m already thinking of the smart switch ST transfer for future purchase thank you so much for the prompt delivery and professionalism
