Excellent Quality

After much research on what emergency generator to buy for my small farm place I decided on the WGen9500DF. Dual fuel was a must for me because the LP option allows it to sit ready to go without worry about shelf life for fuel. This machine is everything I hoped it would be. Dependable, easy to use, and simple set-up when it first arrived.

Pretty Quiet and not made in China.

Fit and finish is really nice. Really good looking generator.
This unit is quite a bit more quiet than my Champion generator with a similar sized engine. Westinghouse really did a nice job of not only muffling the exhaust but also somehow making the motor and alternator quieter. I dont have any decibel readings but it is noticeably quieter.
I just received the generator a few days ago so I dont have much time on it but it fires right up and does what it is supposed too. Remote start is a nice treat.
I would definitely recommend this generator.

Bought this during the winter storm of 2021. Extremely long story short, my parents live in Texas and I was out of country jumped on first flight possible and returned to the states. I needed to take a generator to Texas from my home in Alabama. I had a decent size one at home a made the drive to help them have power. I ordered this generator on my return and when I returned home I opened the box, I was really not expecting to have such a high quality product. It is larger and better built than my last one. Have to give this a 5 star, side note it has a remote start, not sure what I’d use that for but it’s definitely a plus!
