Didn't have a generator but family thought I needed one, esp for weather-related emergencies. It's easy to start with the remote and I like the dual fuel option.

I bought the 9500 model especially for the dual fuel capability. I had the unit shipped to me which came a week early. Immediately after unwrapping the unit I spent a few minutes going over the literature and proceeded to assemble. It was packaged extremely well and only took a few minutes to set up. Runs much quieter than my previous smaller genny. I intend to power the entire house on this one unit. I strongly recommend this genny to all those trying to decide which one to purchase.

I live in Florida and bought this generator for use during hurricanes. I have not had a chance to use it but it is very sturdy and looks like it will be easy to use.

Very nice generator for the price

I bought this generator so I can run more items in my home when the power goes out. I've only run it for about 30 minutes, but it isn't any louder than my smaller generators. I really like that it has a pull cord in addition to the electric start. The remote start is very nice though. It even came with it's own battery maintainer so I didn't have to purchase one.

Best Generator Ever

I have owned a-lot of generators, but this is by a mile the best generator till date. It is so easy to switch between gasoline an propane. It does not make a-lot of noise, and I am very impressed with the remote start and stop. Easily powered by home after a 3 day black out. Will definitely recommend.
