Just received my WGen9500DF and it started right up. Having trouble getting the FOB starter to pair but I'm sure my Son can get it working

Always Starts and More Power than I Need

I purchased the WGen9500DF generator for my cottage property in August 2022. I've got this hooked up directly to the BBQ propane quick connect (home is heated with propane). I'm using this with a manual transfer switch which supports all the essential circuits including Well Pump, Hot Water Tank, Furnace Fan, Microwave Oven, Television, Lights and Receptacles for more than 50% of the home. In the past whenever there was a power outage, our entire cottage weekend is spoiled and we had to pack-up. We're still waiting for the next power outage but we've been testing the generator on a regular basis and it never fails to start up. I especially like the remote control. Great generator, I would highly recommend it.

Powerful, Dual Fuel, Attractive Design

Ordered online and got it delivered yesterday. I assembled the wheels and front stands, filled with the provided oil and started it on Propane. Left it work with no loads for 30 minutes, then put some gas in the tank and switch the fuel source on gas. Engine works stable. The design is great, well painted, love the blue color. Affordable price for all the features and electric power. One think that I don't like - it's very loud, even deafening. I got it as a power backup at home, but have no idea where to hide it and run it in case of a need. My neighbors will hate me in a radius of 300 yards around me. I think the manufacturer should really invest in some sort of a muffler. Other than that, the electric start, remote start and all type electric outlets make it a great tool. On a side note, when running on a propane - I like it much better, it's less louder, not an exhaust smell, clean air. Bottom line - I will keep it, will use it and will recommend it to anyone looking for a generator backup at home, or performing contractors work, where no power source is available

Runs great , easy to start , key fob start , also push button start.
Transfer switch ready , dual fuel Gas or Propane.
I can run my whole house on this generator.

Great Generator!!!

Very easy to use. I like the layout of it, and the remote control start and stop features are wonderful! I like the dual fuel because during the hurricane, gasoline and almost non existent to find, and I have a lot of extra propane tanks that I can use instead.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Generator 👍 have been without power for 6

We have been without power for six days and the 4000 watt gen would keep the freezers and refrigerators going but not much else. 95° days, so.its been kinda miserable.
Got this generator today (6/23) and it's a world of difference!! Can run the portable a/c, fans, and lights. Going to try the microwave later.
It's a little louder than the old one, but not as loud as some of the neighbors. Runs a lot longer as well!
I am going to put a transfer switch in for.the next time.
This generator is a great buy! It was easy to set up,( add wheels and legs). Cranked on second try! It's heavy, had get help unloading it, but easy to maneuver with the installed handle.

My Westinghouse Wgen 9500DFc generator just arrived. I immediately assembled the feet and wheels, which was all the assembly required other than adding oil and plugging in the battery. The assembly was extremely easy but you may need some help lifting and moving the generator until the wheels are on. The instructions are illustrated and easy to understand. I've tested the generator and it starts right up. It runs smooth but it's not quiet. I have no doubt that my 9500DFc will deliver the power I need when I need it during an emergency. The peace of mind that comes with owning a reliable dual fuel (gasoline and propane) generator has already begun. So far I am pleased with the purchase. I highly recommend the Westinghouse Wgen9500DFc.
