Runs like a charm

Received generator in excellent condition. Very well built. Manual instructions were very clear. Assembly was easy. Started right up with the automatic starter the first time and powered the entire house. Propane fuel worked great. Very confident now if we have a power outage.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Perfect home backup generator

Generator is extremely well built. Frame and handle are robust. Panel layout and provided plugs are nicely laid out. Quick assembly of feet and wheels required. All necessary tools are supplied. Hands down the best backup generator for the money.

Good decision

I live outside of Dallas TX and finally I made the decision to purchase my WGen9500DF just weeks before the storm of the century took out power to much of the state of Texas during record cold temperatures. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Not only did it allow my family to remain warm and prevent pipes from freezing but the 9500DF was powerful enough we could run an extension to our neighbors who have 4 small children and it saved their bacon as well. A great product that performed flawlessly in a desperate situation.

HAD. POWER OUTAGE NEVER NEW HOW IMPORTANT IT WOULD BE TO HAVE A GENERATOR ESPECIALLY IN COLD WEATHER . KEEP HOUSE WARM. WORKS AMAZING
