Wont Start

I hate writing this because my last gen same model worked fine with no problems. Received the Gen today it will not start. Talked to tec support first person was no help. Called back after loosing the connection. This time they wrote up a ticket and said a tec will call be back at some time. I just don't know when that will be

Ease of functionality

I purchased this back in August of 2022, and now that winter months have rolled around and power outages are common, I was finally able to put it to use. The machine has a very simple startup, it runs smoothly, doesn't cause much of a stir, and is highly effective at this time of year. I suggest buying this product, it may be expensive, but it's a great investment for the family.

Good backup WGen9500DF generator

I bought this generator 2 years ago for an emergency backup. I have only been using gasoline. Fortunately, I only needed it for an emergency backup once for 2 hours. I test start it once a month.

Duel Fuel Generator 9500DF

We bought this unit a weeks ago and it just arrived today. Unboxing it was fun, installing the wheels and rubber legs was very easy to do. Comes with oil, small tool bag, funnel, propane regulator and hose. Right now I’m charging the battery. Also, it came with a battery charger. So far it’s what we wanted and need since we live full time in our Fifth Wheel Trailer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

While I do like the product, I am disappoinmted with Westinghouse. I needed the WGen 20k unit and was told they didn't have any? Coming from a company my relatives have worked for years with, I was amazed. From a company that has almost built this entire Country, to not have an advertised item in stock was a huge disappointment. I have never had to "settle" for less with Westinghouse. Until now. I will still stand by their products, but will now be looking at other options.

I purchased a 9500 K Duel fuel, smart switch Generator that had damaged..The good news is we are working with Jeff at Westinghouse, so that we can resolve the problem and it truly was nice to hear from Jeff and I am sure we will flourish throughout the years to come..
