Versatile, reliable, powerful.

We were deeply humbled when this last hurricane hit us last month. We were no strangers to hurricanes, severe storms, and flooding. So when the power went out at 5 am, we were expecting it to return by noon. It took over 5 days for Centerpoint to restore power to our house. This was a rude awakening, especially since temperatures were in the 90's with 90% humidity. We lost a lot of our frozen game, even though we grilled for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
After extensive research, we settled on this Westinghouse Generator. We have a liquid propane refilling station a couple of miles away, which made this generator a no brainer. After running it through it's break in process, we were confident it would serve us well once the next storm hits us. Kinda bummed it doesn't have a 12v output but with all of the plugs, it shouldn't be a problem. I appreciate the spark plug cross reference chart for other brands, just in case we need to replace it in an emergency.

Good price and powerful generator

I did many search and compare various brands of generator such as : Westinghouse, Firman, Champion, Cummins. Finally, I picked WESTINGHOUSE. This brand offer good price with high performance. Outlets are made sturdy, furthermore it is built with many features. The noise of level is acceptable (~75db) at 20feet away.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought this generator for hurricane season.
Didn't get a big storm yet, but the power company was there to let me down & had the lights out for a few hours. This generator powered the whole house w/ no issues on the 1st try.
