First time generator owner

Opened the box and it took only a few minutes to mount the feet and wheels. It took more time to fill the oil and fuel then the assembly. Start up instructions were clear and direct. Only one small issue, didnt start right away and hoping its only bc the battery needs charging. have it charging and will check on it after an hour. Four starts is because i have to wait to see if it starts. then will check the auto and remote start features.

9500DF. Great Features, Great Value

Product arrived in good condition, followed set up instructions. Was nice that oil and funnel were included plus a wrench and spark plug tool. added gas and started right up. the remote worked from inside the house. The next week our power went out and showed the wife how to hook everything up to electric panel, have a 30 amp breaker lockout device installed. Turned on the generator and it ran everything in the house. Very satisfied.

Works as it should! Quiet (74DB).

Been running this generator on site for a month. I have it hooked up to a 100 lb propane tank and works very well. The remote start makes it handy to start or stop from the job trailor. The safety person was concerned about the decibel level being above 85 DB, but when we put a DB monitor 1’ from the muffler it was only 77 DB. As far as a generator goes it has met all our needs on a 50Amp ckt. No problem. I would purchase again.

Great Generator with plenty of Power!

Push button start fired it right up after unboxing and setting up! I purchased this after plenty of research and seeing the reviews. The convenience of dual fuel and the power it'll pack will put our minds at ease for subsequent power outages at our home!

Good Features - Good Size

I purchased this in December 2020. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy to assemble it was. It only took about 15 Min. The handle makes it easy to move around.
I have used it a few times since. Every time it has started on the first try. (I am using gas but I have a tank of propane on hand) The ability to use either gas or propane was one of the reasons I chose this unit.
I use it to power my home during blackouts, and it has handled the load with out a
problem.
It has many other good features also. Overall I am very happy with the performance of this unit.
