Only problem was item was shipped without the two cotter pins for the wheels.

I am so excited to use my new generator!! Spoke to my mechanic before purchasing and did extensive research on all brands and this one was rated in the top 2

Love Heavy Duty Equipment

I bought this item a few weeks ago. Once I unboxed it and put on the wheels, I was so happy with the sturdiness of it. And when I reviewed the panel of components with the voltage receptacles and push button starter, I was very very happy!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Received my generator yesterday. Easy to understand manual which walked me thru the assembly process adding the oil and propane tank. Fired up on the first try.
