Great machine

I purchased this in Feb. 2021. I haven't needed it but I just started it up for the first time on propane. I had no issues but it will not start or run on gas. Customer service was very attentive and I am currently waiting for a technician to follow up.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy assemble. Starting issues but quickly solved

I bought this in winter for backup support of the house.
The equipment was easy to assemble, and it comes with a good set of instructions. I did have problems starting the unit, the issue was solved by calling tech support and following instructions on the phone. Just a little bit of starting fluid worked perfectly. They have a very good team.

WGen9500DF Generator

Very little assembly and set-up required. Did find out by reading the manual that I will need to get a High Altitude Carburetor Kit and a High Altitude DF Regulator. At this point neither appears to be in stock so I am hoping when I call Westinghouse on Monday that this will not become an issue.

I purchased this unit to power my camper until could be run on our property. it has been running at least 14 hours a day. I would recommend this unit to everyone.great product.

Excellent machine!

I've had my 9500df for about a week now and keep it bolted in the bed of my truck for mobile power. I use it for everything from welding to camping to running tools and equipment anywhere I need and its smooth as butter even running the welder off of 240v 50a. I love this little machine!

Westinghouse 9500DF backup /portable generator

I bought this at the end of 2021 as a propane backup generator for portions of my house.
I hired an electrician to complete the electrical work to connect to the backup panel and he was so impressed with the quality and versatility he wants to order one as well.
My impression of build quality is top notch. It is a little louder than I would prefer but anything this powerful is going to through off some sound. It is perfect as a backup. I like the flexibility of its portable size but I would not recommend for camping except to top off other portable batteries to power your cabin or tent setup.

Awesome generator

Bought in preparation of "Snowpocalypse 2022". Glad I did. It ran basically the whole house. The dual fuel was great, I could run and get fuel and just switch sources.
